To place an order, simply browse our collection of exquisite perfumes on our website and add your desired items to your shopping cart. Once you're ready to checkout, follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details securely.

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries (South East Asia and Middle East countries only). International shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. 6. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. No, we do not offer refunds. However, we offer eligible returns in accordance with our return policy credit points of equal value to the perfume into your account for your next purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your return within 14 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damaged item(s). We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement as necessary.
